What we did |
Designed a process to introduce change message to key stakeholders, with a picture as the central tool. We:
Helped the Marketing Director articulate a picture of the ‘new world’, the current
organisational realities and the external drivers for change. The picture was tested with the Leadership team to ensure consensus around the messages
Ran sessions with the marketing leaders to tease out the behaviours , deliverables and success criteria needed to support the strategy
Coached key marketers and influencers to be change ‘adopters’
Designed the marketing input at the sales & marketing conference around the picture.  Supported the key note presentation and created a facilitation process for the ‘change  adopters’ to run for the rest of the European marketers

The outcome |
Measurement before and after the conference showed a 20% upward shift in understanding ‘why the organization has to move to the new marketing strategy’ and ‘what the franchise teams are aiming to achieve- and how they will do it’ |
