What we did |
Delivered one to one coaching ‘workouts’ to support managers' specific issues. Managers booked a session at short notice just before they met with their staff. Topics included giving bad news, helping staff deal with uncertainty, giving constructive feedback and how to manage their own emotional reaction |
The impact |
Enthusiastic and positive reviews from leaders. They reported an immediate increase in their levels of confidence and ability to manage the outcomes they wanted |
