Annette Mansfield

Annette is a specialist in customer relationship management. As Director of Operations for HPI she was instrumental in increasing revenue from £9000,000 to £12 million by developing product to meet client need and instilling a culture of exemplary customer service

Headhunted by competitor Experian she launched a competitive service which was turning over revenue of £13million within 3 years. Annette then took her experience to subsequent senior executive roles across the voluntary sector, information management and telecoms with outstanding results

She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong customer relations and works with clients to help them manage their customer experience
