Domna Lazidou

Domna Lazidou MSc is a consultant and academic with specialist skills in communication evaluation,  organisational culture management,  change communication and cross-cultural communication competence. As well as consulting and teaching in these areas, Domna is conducting leading edge research at Cranfield School of Management into the impact of employee communication and culture change management in multicultural environments

Coming originally from a retail background, Domna has nearly 20 years experience in advising senior executives on communication, culture and change issues. As director of Omilia she has worked with clients Microsoft, Compaq RWE, Birmingham Midshires and Manchester University and npower
