Director Sheila Hirst MA, ex managing director of item, is a published writer consultant and qualified executive coach, with a focus on developing leaders to drive change. Sheila has significant ‘hands-on’ experience in middle and senior management roles across a range of organisations including Citibank, Infolink, Marconi and the item group.
